White Rhino Recruiting, formerly Eagle Mountain Group, has been providing recruiting services since 1999, serving top manufacturers and engineering consulting firms across the country. We are a woman-owned boutique recruiting firm, specializing in engineering and sales positions within the manufacturing and engineering consulting sectors.
Our firm specializes in finding candidates for engineering and sales positions for both the manufacturing and engineering consulting sectors. We emphasize industrial automation, metals, pulp and paper and other types of manufacturing companies from food to chemicals. Our clients include small-to-medium-sized firms, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
The cornerstone of White Rhino Recruiting is providing top-quality recruitment services to develop long-lasting win-win relationships with our clients. We have worked with many of the same clients over the years, and we have an exceptionally high retention rate. Most of our business is through referrals.
